PROBABILITIES OF PATHS

No matter how small a possibility there is that identical physipaths exist on earth through the universe or through out time, there is still the possibility. We do not know what this possibility is, but we will call this possibility p(i). It stands for the possibility that an identity i exists. We distinguish between the different types of probabilities. Because mentapaths are a subset of the physipaths in most circumstances the probability that an identical mentapath exists is some constant or variable m greater than or equal to one, times p(i) which equals m(p(i)). The awarepath is a subset of the mentapath so the probability of an identical awarepath is a real number w usually larger than one that is multiplied time the probability of the mentapath. This equation is w(m(p(i))) or wmp(i).Each one has a probability so we can simply write it as w(i),m(i) for the probability of an identical awarepath and mentapath respectively.
Now there is the possibility that one exists in the future and in the past which we will denote as p(if) and p(ip) respectively. We can also consider the future and past probabilities for the awarepath and the mentapath. We have for these probabilities m(if), m(ip), w(if) and w(ip).
We now can form the equation the probability of an identical path existing through all time these are

p(it) = p(i) + p(if) + p(ip)

m(it) = m(i) + m(if) + m(ip)

w(it) = w(i) + w(if) + w(ip)

generally these inequalities hold

p(it) < m(it) < w(it)

These were the probabilities that one identical path exists There is also the probability that all the possible living mentapaths will each have one identical path. }{ We will use the symbol { as the sum sign.

There are other possibilities as to probabilities of the paths. These include sections of identical mentapaths before and after they diverge. The possibility that two physipaths will share identical sections is greater than the possibility of sharing the whole thing. The shorter the section the more likely that they will share.

Use smaller and larger to modify the word part, and shorter and longer to modify the word section in relationship to.

Layered paths

Parts of paths can denote many different things. Parts of physipaths that are identical may not produce the same parts of mentapaths.
If we take a human brain and place it within another mentapath producing device where this new device uses the human brain to do processing for it in the same way that parts of the brain does for the whole brain, We will have a complete mentapath within another mentapath. The only thing that the sub mentapath will know about the other mentapath is what the exterior mentapath gives the interior mentapath to process.
A mentapath that can exist independently within another mentapath but can add to the larger mentapath is rare but is called a layered mentapath. This is because it is within a mentapath. If we consider a mentapath produced by a intact body

Layered physipath or layerphysipath is a physipath that has layers of physipaths that has physipaths within physipaths that produce mentapath within mentapaths They can be of different types like permanent, intermittent, variable or one time. To have this situation the conditions within the physipath has to be such that part of the physipath produces one mentapath and the whole produces another. The larger of the two would have to supply the senpath part to the minor physipath. The minor physipath is the one within the other major physipath the minor physipath has limited or no connections to the real world. But this does not mean that the minor physipath produces a lesser mentapath than the major physipath. There does not have to be just one layer or one type of layer. Theoretically there could be an infinite amount of layers. There can also be more than one minor physipath in the complex.
A new kind of physipath mentapath and awarepath. They are called complex paths more than one path is intertwined in some pattern. Layered paths are a type of complex paths. We call them plexpaths or cplexpaths. Lplexmentapath or layplexmentapath is a layered complex mentapath. A Mplexmentapath or multiplexmentapath is a mentapath that produces more than one mentapath.
How these complex mentapaths work is by There are many ways that complex mentapaths could be produced. For example, as networks of thoughts of networks of interdependent neurons or equivalent structures by larger interdependent structures and even whole brains that are interdependent in a larger structure. It seems that these mentapaths could be secondary results of the processing and not the primary purpose. We might call it layering of mentapaths rather than layering of just physipaths producing. We can call these emergent properties, and call these emergent mentapaths or awarepaths. They are not the primary purpose of the mentapath but emerge from the complexity. These are new words emermentapaths and emerawarepath. They are emergent mentapath and emergent awarepath
What the mentapath and awarepath really is what the physipath has been developed for. How the brain functions will determine what kind of mentapath is produced. In the scenario above if the brain within a brain started from birth to do this processing for this other brain, not all of the processing but part of the processing, It might go crazy because it was not built for this kind of processing but if it did adjust to the required processing it would produce a mentapath but different from what it would have other wise produced. In the above example we were taking a brain of a consciousness person and then installing it into another brain. This other brain would supply all the sensual input for this consciousness person and this consciousness person would supply needed processing for this other brain. What would happen? We will call one brain B1 and the other B2. B1 is the conscious brain of a person, B2 is the larger brain that gives B1 all of its sensual input. What B1 would experience would depend on what and how B2 was connected to it. B2 might have to be very large to supply the needed output in the correct order especially if we wanted to have B1 think that he was in the real world and not in some confusing situation that causes him to lose the sense of reality. What would B2 think that he was doing? We run into many problems of non coherence of the two brains.
Can there be two different mentapaths produced from the same mentapath. Yes but the two must work in unison. A conscious mind must be produced by a coherent physipath. As the level of coherency goes down then the level of consciousness can go down as well. People are well suited for what they do but they may not be well suited for every kind of processing that occurs in consciousness. Why do many women want kids or many men want to hunt or fish? It is because of the way that the brain works and processes information? Why do we do the things that we do? It is because of the way that the brain works. If it does not work right we die or we are crazy in other peoples view. Many crazy people still produce a mentapath but it is not the kind that most people have. And in fact can be detrimental to that person survival on the other hand that craziness in another situation could be very useful. As in the experiment above. The above experiment may make a sane person crazy and a crazy person sane. It is a strange situation.
These types of experiments need to be investigated. We will really know about a mentapath if we can run it through many types of experiments. Of course, we are moving points on the our mentapaths.

Definition; we can say that two different physipaths produce the same experimental mentapath if given identical senseput they produce the same senponse for the length of the experiment. There are many ways that the two could diverge. They many not diverge under one set of senseput but will under another. We can then say that if two replicas produce identical senponses for each and every possible set of identical senseputs then we call them experimentally equal. Or two awarepaths are experimentally equal if given the same senpath they produce the same responsepath.

Do we have unity of consciousness? We try to have unity of consciousness. When we do not, things that the brain does or the body that the brain controls. The brain does many more things than just control the body. What happens when we say that my brain did that not my body or my body did that and not may conscious mind. Is there a seat of consciousness? or is produced throughout the brain? Different parts produces different levels of consciousness at differences times. A concept goes through a certain part of the brain and says move your arm but that is just a representation of the internal talking that the brain is doing. The brain does not have to internally vocalize in order to move a muscle. We do not need to internally see us moving the muscle in our mind to do it. What then do we need to do in order to move the muscle. We do not even need to be consciousness of it to move the muscle. What ever stimulates the neurons that will get the muscle to move are what is in charge. Scientific research shows that it takes many neurons to get a muscle to move.
What is the point of this discussion? It is a discussion of consciousness and if the mentapath that is produced can be made up of more than one awarepath? I would think that it would be yes. Not only that but maybe they share awarepaths sometimes. Lets look at it as if there is processing that is going on but the consciousness is not aware of it then all of a sudden it gets a complete idea in its head. It is as if there is another awarepath that is working within the mind and it and you once and awhile share the same mentapath. This discussion is a discussion of how awarepaths and physipaths share the same path and why would only one awarepath be within a physipath? This is why we developed the original question of B1 within b2. Here we have a situation where there is a awarepath within another awarepath. Or at least connected to one? It seems by intuition on my part that the integration of the parts create the consciousness. But the parts need to be different in order that different types of processing can occur. It might seem that the different types of the processor are like different types of consciousness. It would then seem that different types of consciousness need to be brought together into a whole. We might now define different types of consciousness as being the parts of consciousness that people can share identity in.
We can now see that there can be different types of consciousness combiners to combine the different types of consciousness. We must not forget that the brain is always developing. So that the different parts of the brain are developing. They may not all develop at the same speed so that the consciousness parts combiner has to have ways of dealing with varying maturity of the parts.

If we make changes to the brian then there are changes to consciousness. To varying degrees when we make changes to other parts of the body we make changes to consciousness. This is the equivalent statement of when we make changes to the physipath we make changes to the mentapath.

GLOSSARY Ch43

Mentacombiner, the part of a mentapath that combines the different parts of the mentapath.

Mentacombinerpath, a path of a mentacombiner.

Awarecombiner, the part of a awarepath that combines the different parts of the awarepath.

Awarecombinerpath, the path of the awarecombiner.

Physicombiner, the parts of the brain body functioning physipath that combines the different parts of the physipaths. There are sections of the brain that relate one part of the brain to the other parts and there are neurons that relate one group of neurons to another group and there are parts of neurons that do the same process. It is not necessarily an easy task to distinguish the different processes that are going on in the brain
We might find that the same neuron can be in many different awarepaths in the mentapath of a person because of the purpose that the neuron serves in. We might talk in terms of thoughts and the function that each neuron serves in that thought. We can call this thought dependent processing of neurons.

Responspath, the path of responses that a certain mentapath will give given a certain senpath.

Emergent awarepath or emergawarepath; an awarepath that is emergent from the combination of other paths.
