Loved ones
The term "loved ones" is used in the science of superimmortality to represent aspects of conscious experiences that are desired. For example, in religious, interactions with loved ones is often promised after death, as in the statement: "You will see your "loved ones" in heaven again after death." Sensepaths can contain experiences of "loved one" that in fact do not exist as conscious beings but just as stimulations to the senses that seem like they are real people. Sensepaducers, physapaducers and awarepaducers can create the reality of interactions with loved ones without the actual loved ones ever existing. These sensepath modifying devices can create much more desirable interactions with loved ones than the real interactions with them can often produce. However Superimmortality predicts that the actual loved one's consciousnesses can be recreated by producing the right physapaths. If this is not true then legacy loved ones could be created as well. Since there are many versions of each person's physapath there are many versions of a each person awarepaths as well. This also also applies to loved ones; there are many versions of each loved one.
Loved one are people like your children, parents, close friends, brothers sisters, other relatives, lovers, husbands, wives, army buddies, etc. What is a loved at one period of your life may not be a loved one at other periods of your life. The concept of loved ones is more complicated than just being static individuals with unchanging looks and personalities. You also change over time so what you might call a loved one at one time in your life may just be an acquaintance or even disliked now.
