Effecting environmental conditions are the actual environmental conditions that effect the physapath of a body or neuropath of a brain. For example, the temperature that surrounds a person in a room on earth directly effects it. The temperature on a rock on the planet Mars does not effect it. So the temperature in the room that the person is in on earth is an effecting environment condition and the temperature of a rock on Mars is not an effecting environmental condition for that same person on earth.
