Going back and forward in time argument If you could go back in time after you were born having two versions of you existing at the same time means that two of you ( two different bodies made of different matter, in a different place, with some what different structure and functioning, producing the same ixperiencitness) can exist at the same time.

Going back in time argument

You could see yourself at any time and with any perspective including being in a body doing exactly like you did then you would experience differently because your brain was different or has a different structure and then functioning differently

Going into the future argument

Seeing your self in the future you do not experience your future self

Multiple versions of you at the same time from the future and the past all having the same ixperiencitness but different consciousnesses

This applies to the ideas that there can be many different versions of you now or at any time in the future or past there can be versions that are aware of these other versions and ones that are not aware of multiple versions at the same time.
