There are five basic ideas axioms to the identireplica theory of immortality
1. The correct structure functioning of the brain produces consciousness. Proof Scientific experiment.
2. The correct consciousnesses being produced is the basis for survival for a person. Proof Scientific experiment. Rational thought if it is not the correct consciousness you will not experience it. There is no proof of a soul or other like thing that is necessary for survival.
3. There are numerous ways to externally influence the structure and functioning of the brain and consequently the consciousness that it produces. Proof Scientific experiment and rational thought. We can conceive of many different physical ways of changing the structure and functioning of the brain we know that if we change the structure enough it will change the consciousness produced.
4. There are numerous consciousness and numerous structures and functioning of a brain that are cases of survival for a person. Proof We believe that there are more than one possible future for ourselves and that we could have had a different past consciousness if the things that influenced us were different. The potential for the consciousness existing has existed before it did exist.
5. Identical structure and functioning produce identical consciousness. Proof It will behave identically to the original. It will think that it is the original. It will believe that all the memories of experiences are one he actually experienced it will have all the knowledge, skills, information that the original has. People would think that it is the original if they did not know it was a identireplica. It will say that it has the same emotions, feelings, etc, as the original does.
Consequences of these axioms
There is no awareness of time passing for you when you are dead.
There are many different ways of survival of death with the creation of different consciousnesses in different people.
