Why logically possible? No contradictions in these statements, no paradoxes, physical not a claim to magic or other supernatural processes. Structure and functioning is an understandable concept Structure and functioning is an scaleable concept
Logically possible means not logically contradictory, does not contradict the definition of the terms used, the probability of them actually existing is not zero. It does not means that they will ever exist just that they can possibly exist. The probability might be very small however.
How could these statements be falsified? If they are found to be logically contradictory. If the probability of their existence is found to be zero. The terms used have contradictory meanings. Just because there is not one case that falsifies something does not mean that it is not correct.
