The science of epistemology
Topics of importance to cover Why do it? Why is this study important?
Order to cover topics
We have no certain way of knowing anything or theory for certain. This leads to the question of what we should do? Why is science successful? Why is religions successful? Why are some beliefs structures (theories, epistemologies) successful and others not? A theory is successful if it is available, is taught and fits the physipaths structure. It would seem that there would be parallel belief structures that a physipath could accept as easily as other beliefs structures. A physipaths ability to change belief structures will depend on the physipath. The physipath is the produce that an physipaducer produces. A human body is a physipaducer. It has a potential to produce different physipaths. It has the potential to produce many different physipaths depending on what happens to it. What happens to the physipaducer is dependent on the externapath and the senput. The physipaducer has a potential for producing certain physipaths over other physipaths This is the Potentifield. It defines what a physipaducer will produce given the different senpaths and externapaths. The externapath can change the physipaducer into another one so it has a different potential field of physipaths. We can define a theocept or field where there is a difficulty factor in changing from on path to another path. For instance it may be easy for one physipaducer to produce one physipath and difficult for it to produce another one. Why is this important? What is meant by difficult? People have belief systems how difficult is it for a person to give up a belief system for another one? If many different senpaths will produce this change we can say that it is easier. If it can not be done or the person keeps reverting back to the old belief system them it is more difficult. It seems that each physipaducer will have it potential for changing to other theories or beliefs. These ideas apply to learning -- certain physipaducers will be easier to teach than others and certain ideas will be easier to teach that physipaducer than others ideas are. When we teach someone we are changing their physipath , mentapath and their awarepath. We are usually teaching through the senpath. Certain senpaths will be more successful than others in making the desired changes to the physipath or mentapath or awarepath.

A mentapaducer will have a potential to produce mentapaths. Humentapaducer is a mentapaducer of human mentapaths The human body is a humentapaducer.
We have to have the ability to change theories rapidly. We need to understand where we are coming from and where we are going with these theories. WE have to have the mathematics to deal with the transformation of theories. WE must have ways to represent theories in way that we can make modifications to them. WE must represent then in ways that people and other life forms can understand them
Mathematical and scientific epistemology deals with the study and transformation of belief or knowledge systems.
Why is it important to understand belief systems, knowledge structures? Why do we need to transform them? Why do we need to know how they relate to mentapaths etc. Our knowledge structure relates to how well we can solve problems. A theory can give us ways to solve problems. Why do we want to solve problems. If we have a problem that means things are not going the way we had hoped. If we have a problem we can do nothing. On the other hand people above all the other animals have survived because we solve the problems that we encounter. We have greater ability to solve and to change the environment than other animals that is because we have developed ways to deal with the world around us. We control the environment so much that we keep making problems for ourselves. If we stopped solving the problems that we had we would die out as a species. If we did not die out we would become an instinct species rather than a problem solving species Even instinct species has some ability to solve limited problems that they encounter. We have some instinct that controls what we want to do with our lives. However we do not have to follow our instincts all the time we have found that by thinking we can solve problems that make survive better. The key is how do we solve problems better and better? We produce predictive theories that tell us where to try something and where not to try something With out this we would be searching in the dark. A successful theory simplifies problem solving. Science has given us theories that have been very successful at simplifying the information and giving us a way to experiemnt to find more. The amount of knowledge is exploding. What we can do is exploding. What we lack is a way to tie the knowledge together. Physics is still trying to tie the different theories about energy and matter together. Once we have a good theory why should we change it. There are many reasons to change theories. Some may be better or another may be easier to use or to build from. A theory may not tie together the information as well as it should. It may not be able to solve certain problems that it should. It may produce anomalies. We do not have a science that deals with the study of theories. Epistemology is that science.
The science of epistemology is going to deal with people and how they think and how other beings think and solve problems. Epistemology has to have a way to define a theory or belief system. Then it has to have ways to change it. then it has to have elements and compounded theories and mathematical semantics and syntax of all sorts. It then needs ways to relate all this so that people can think about the ideas
