Caresphere is a term that defines what a conscious being or person cares about at each point in time. What a person cares about changes from time to time. some time you may care about more people and at other you care about less. If you have certain personalities types you may care about more things or less. If you are sick enough or in great pain you may not have enough energy or attention to care about anything else than your suffering. Before or after you may again have concern for people, animals, events, crops, etc. Superimmortality predicts that other bodies can produce your ixperiencitness. This means that there can be other conscious beings that exist at the same time as you or later or before in time and you experience what they do. Not from you current moment consciousness but in the same way as you would in relationship to your current body in the future or past. A person might not care at all about any past or future point in his life. He might only care about what is around him at the present moment. He might not care if he hurts himself in the future as long as he does not suffer at the moment. This caresphere would not be concerned about the future at this present moment. But the same caresphere might care about others like children, friends, lovers etc.
