Itointerchangeability arguments
Awaretheory predicts that matter is interchangeable within an itobody for purposes of functioning and the creation of consciousness and ixperiencitness. There seems to be a great deal of experimental evidence for this. Matter continuously moving in and out of cells where some is transported to other parts of the body where it is also moving in and out of these other cells. Atoms and molecules are interchangeable as functioning units within the body if they function the same as what they replace or function closely enough to the original matter for the needed period of time. Even the bones are absorbed into the blood stream as the body need calcium then latter reformed into bone again at other places in the body.
There is also the concept of interchangeability of matter between itobodies. It appears that atoms and small molecules of the same type are interchangeable between itobodies as well as within an itobody. But as matter becomes more complex and larger there has to be the correct installation of the matter. In other words it needs the same orientation and bonding or at least a close enough approximation. Random differences can cancel so that in a large enough grouping of matter exact orientation and bonding will not be necessary.
There can be a great deal of confusion when there is interchangeability of large body parts like brains. In most cases if you cut out the brains of two people and interchanged them by putting them into each other skull you would end up with two dead people. This is because there needs to be a complex correct reattachment of nerves, blood vessels, etc. In many cases there would not be the correct placement and or purposes of the disconnected blood veins and nerves. If however, if you switched the brains of an original and a cidentireplica at the same point in their physipath all the nerves and blood vessels etc. would be in the right place for proper reattachment.
Awaretheory predicts that not only does an original and cidentireplica at the same point in their physipaths have the same consciousness it also has the same ixperiencitness. If there is an interchange of the brains so that their bodies structure and functioning stay the same they will still produce the same consciousness and ixperiencitness.
If the original's structure and functioning was a few seconds advanced of that of the cidentireplica, the consciousness of the original would be a few seconds ahead of the cidentireplica's. Stated in another way, the consciousness of the cidentireplica would would be a few seconds behind that of the original. This means that what ever the original experienced a few seconds later the cidentireplica would expereince the exact same consciousness. Now if the brains were switched instantly you might think that then the original would experience consciousness after the cidentireplica and the cidentireplica would now experience the consciousness before the original. But there is a major problem with this. The brain and bodies are not functioning in synchronization, Neither would be experiencing what the other is experiencing because their neural signal from the senses would not be the same as they had been experiencing.
When ever matter is interchanged between consciousness producing itobodies, to produce the same consciousness the functioning of the matter must be integrated and synchronized. However, producing the same ixperiencitness but a different consciousness is much easier. There are many different consciousnesses that have the same ixperiencitness.
