Qm

The prefix "qm" are the initials for quantum mechanics an area of the science of physics that deals with the behavior of atoms and subatomic particles. It predicts some degree of randomness is the behavior of matter making the world a non newtonian system. This means that you cannot predict the behavior of matter with exactness, no matter how much information you have about the current conditions of the system. Scientists do not know why this is the case.

It might be that changing future or the past conditions of matter are changing the present conditions of matter. This would imply that future and or the past, actually exist in some sense and can influence the present to modify it beyond the starting conditions used by newtonian mechanics to predict the behavior of matter. This theory would imply that the future, present, and past, when it deals with the matter connecting them, are all changing in a different kind of time dimension or a second or two dimensional time dimension. If this actually was the case it might them be possible to construct a more predictive Newtonian like system using the influences that the "current" future and past functioning deviations of matter and energy has on present behavior of matter and energy.

With out more (maybe a lot more or all) knowledge we can not be sure why the matter and energy in the universe behaves the way it does.
