Superimmortality is based on the structure and functioning of matter. No gods, no souls, no spirits, no existence without matter to produce it.
Superimmortality makes the universe seem like a very caring place because we are all superimmortal.
Superimmortality is different from religious forms of immortality. There is no endless boredom in heaven or endless suffering in hell. There can be long periods of none existence that pass instantaneously fast, when there is no matter that is producing a consciousness that you experience. Even if there is only one life time --- one physapath that will produce one awarepath that you experience, it can exist by bering repeated once and awhile and each occurrence will seem to you to be the first amazing life you have ever had. But there is not just one life time that you can experience there are numerous variations that you can imagine.
Some physapaths reality can not produce because to create them it would break physical laws. For example, flapping your arms on earths and flying into the sky effortlessly. In a dream it happens. It can also happen when reality in changed in an experience machine where any sequence of sensual experience could be produced by complex computer like devices and stimulate the senses or even the brain directly.
There can be an infinite amount of time but where you consciously exist only in a finite amount of that time. In that infinity of time there can be a finite amount of life times that you experience evenly spaced all different and unique and worth experiencing.
The same structure and functioning of matter producing a conscious life time can be repeated an infinite amount of times and it will be no more boring the last time or any time as it was the first time the conscious life time was produced.
You are not a product of the brain that is in this body you are the product of the structure and functioning that this body is producing that can be produced by any number of other bodies at the same time or through out space and time.
There should no fear of being dead, but on the other hand unless life is so bad that it is unlivable it should be enjoyed as long as it lasts or it should last as long as it is enjoyed.
Superimmortality allows there to be many grander schemes. Like the universe made us to experience itself. The universe made us to experience all the different consciousness it can not make directly. The universe made us to understand itself. The universe made us to make super beings. The universe made us to appreciate its beauty. The universe made us to make it more and more conscious.
Not only can the material that your body is made of produce your consciousness it can be part of producing anyone else's consciousness. And then it can again go to produce many other conscious versions of you.
Your life does become more meaningful when your beliefs are based on reality. The belief that you can not ever consciously exist again is not based on reality. The science of superimmortality is based on reality. This life maybe the only one that you have. But you have the ability to increase the likely hood of being conscious again. Making improvements in this world will improve the chances of existing again. It will also make your conscious lives better on earth if you make other people lives better because these other people can be versions of you or versions of people that you love.
